This pillow cover is on a licensed Polyester fiber pillow form, made in the USA.  It is removable and you can purchase the pillow cover separately or on the pillow form.
Fabric is 100% cotton canvas, machine wash cover in cold water and dry on medium heat.  Iron with cool iron.
